Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy on our products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at connect@susannegrace.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to QLD, Australia.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as beauty products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Product Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Online Courses

We take pride in the courses provided so if you are not happy for some reason we appreciate you letting us know so we can continue to improve our services. All online courses purchased at SusanneGrace.com come with a 14 day refund policy. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund by emailing us. Please note, if all course content was downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. If payment for the online course was made to a third party such as an affiliate or Grace Method Practitioner, unfortunately, we cannot process your refund. Since we did not process the original payment, we do not have the transaction on file, and cannot initiate a refund for you. Please contact the third-party vendor directly to request a refund.

Private consultations with Susanne Grace

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as you provide at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.

Workshops or Seminars

If you are not satisfied with the workshops, or seminars provided by susannegrace.com we offer a 14-day refund policy excluding the cost of printing and postage and a $50 booking fee for the workshop or seminar. In the event that participants are not satisfied with the content and outcome of the workshop or seminar, if they make their objections known to the workshop or seminar facilitator before the end of the workshop or seminar their money will be refunded in full, excluding any direct expenditures such as print costs and tea/coffee supplied.

If the participant does not raise their dissatisfaction before the end of the workshop or seminar they must put their request for refund in writing within 14 days after the event, explaining the nature of the complaint and why refunded is requested. Upon booking a seat at a workshop or seminar a non-refundable $50 booking fee applies. In the event the participant cancels their seat within 14 days of the workshop there is no refund. This is because venues are booked and paid for in advance according to the number of participants attending. Some special events may have a different refund policy which will be made clear on the website page which explains what the event is about.

Intensives, Retreats and Mentoring Courses

Due to the individual nature of each retreat, intensive and mentoring course offered through SusanneGrace.com a refund and cancellation policy is made available for each event as promoted on this website. Please refer to each event for details.
