Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and your location.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (metro areas may be faster)

Estimated Rates

To give you an idea, here are typical costs for single products:

  • Books (200–600g): approx. $8.50–$12.50 Standard | $12.50–$16 Express

  • Card Deck (350g): approx. $9.50–$12.50 Standard | $13–$16 Express

  • Bundles (over 1kg): shipping calculated at checkout

Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders over AUD $120.

International Shipping

We’re excited to offer worldwide shipping. International orders are sent via Australia Post International Standard or Express International, depending on your selection at checkout.

  • Standard International: 6–21 business days (depending on destination)

  • Express International: 4–10 business days (depending on destination)

Rates & Customs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance processes.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders include tracking. Once your order is shipped, delivery times are outside of our control. Delays can sometimes occur due to customs, postal network congestion, or local holidays.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue.
If your parcel goes missing, we’ll lodge an inquiry with Australia Post (or the carrier) and work with you to find a resolution.
